What are your hours?
I offer sessions between 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM, Tuesday through Thursday via telehealth only.
How often will I need to attend therapy?
This answer varies depending on the severity of the challenges being addressed. Typically, therapy sessions occur weekly or biweekly. If reported symptoms are mild, therapy can last 8-12 weeks. Clients that desire to explore more complex concerns may attend therapy for longer periods of time.
How do I choose the right therapist?
It’s important to find a therapist whose approach and style align with your needs. Consider their experience, areas of expertise, therapeutic approach, and your comfort level with them. Some people may benefit from a consultation call or meeting with several therapists before making a decision.
